Delivery & Shipping Information

We aim to despatch in stock items once your payment has been authorised.

Our normal delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after authorisation of credit card or debit card.

If the product you require is not currently in stock then it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Where you have ordered several products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available; we will send the remainder of your order as soon as the stock becomes available. If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you within 30 days from the day after your order was placed. If the goods are coming back into stock, we will propose a new delivery date or, with your agreement, we may be able to supply you with substitute goods. If we have received payment from you for goods out of stock, or you do not wish to wait for goods to become available, and/or decline our offer of substitute goods, we will refund any monies due, within 7 days of receiving your instructions.

All items delivered will require a signature as proof of delivery.

We only deliver to addresses within GREAT BRITAIN. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses, PO Boxes, Scilly Isles or the Channel Islands. Northern Ireland deliveries may incur a surcharge for delivery depending on the item and unfortunately we cannot deliver to Southern Ireland.

Postage & Packaging

Postage & packaging is charged per item on all orders. This charge varies depending on the size, weight and/or value of the item.

Lost/Delayed Deliveries

Our statistics show that 99.9% of all orders are received by our customers within their delivery expectations and without complaint. In the unlikely event that an order is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 28 days before replacing it, as most 'missing' items are located within UPS's system within this period.

Tracking Your Order

If you would like to review the order you placed, click the “track your order”link which is displayed after the “Customer Login”page. Here you will be able to view each order you have placed with www.max.tv.
