  1. How long is delivery?

    Max TV aims to dispatch all orders within 5 -7 days of charging for your order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that goods are delivered within 28 days of being ordered. Orders are completed on a first come first served basis.

  2. Are there any addresses that you don’t ship to?

    Max TV does not ship to BFPO addresses, PO Boxes. Shipping to Northern Ireland attracts a £6 surcharge. Max TV can ship products weighing less than 2kg outside of the UK, however, postage costs may vary. If you are interested in having a product sent abroad please send your enquiry to support@max.tv or contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 845 070 2571*.

  4. Can I pay by Cheque or Postal Order?

    Max TV does not accept cheques but can accept Postal Orders which must be made payable to DATEL DIRECT for the total cost of the order including postage and packaging. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 070 2571* for further details and to reserve your item and confirm the amount that needs to be sent.

  7. How much is Postage and Packaging?

    At Max TV postage and packaging is per item. The postage costs for individual items are printed next to the item price on the website. Should you have a multi-item order the postage and packaging will be calculated according to what you have ordered on the payment page. Please note that to ship to Northern Ireland or to the Channel Islands there is a £6 surcharge on delivery. Items which weigh over 2kgs cannot be shipped to the Channel Islands.

  8. Are Max TV products covered by a warranty?

    All Max TV products are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. Damage that results from normal wear-and-tear, inappropriate use, collision or as a result of the item being taken apart is not covered.

  9. How will my parcel be shipped?

    Max TV orders are sent by either Royal Mail or UPS and products that are dispatched will require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD).
