Q. What if I change my mind within 7 days?
Every product sold by Max TV is backed by our 7-day money-back guarantee.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If however, if you change your mind about an item for any reason within 7 days of receipt you can return the item to us, together with a copy of your original sales invoice and/or a reference of your order ID for a full refund. We also recommend that you obtain proof of delivery.
Provided that the item is returned in clean condition and in its original packaging, the purchase price will be refunded. You should allow up to 30 days from receipt of your returned goods at our Customer Operations Centre for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded and customers are responsible for meeting the cost of return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Q. What if I change my mind within 30 days?
If you change your mind within 30 days of receipt of a MAX.TV product you can still return it to us for an exchange with another item or for a credit note. Again, because there is no fault with the product your postage costs will not be refunded.

Q. How do I return an item due to fault or damage?
If you believe an sent to you to be faulty or incorrect, please call Customer Services on 0845 070 2571 who will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). You should include a letter stating the reasons for the return when sending your parcel back to us. The RAN number should be clearly market on the OUTSIDE of your package. Goods which are returned without a RAN will not be accepted.
If you are returning an item because you believe there to be a fault with the product, clearly state details of the fault. Should the returned item be found to be faulty then we will replace the item. Additionally, we will pay the reasonable cost of return postage. If the returned item is found to be without fault then the cost of return postage will not be refunded.
Under circumstances where replacement goods are not applicable a credit note will be issued for the value of the item that is returned which can be used against a future purchase. If the returned item was found to be faulty and under circumstances where replacement goods are not applicable then the purchase price will be credited including the postage charges.
Q. How do I cancel my order
If you wish to use your statutory right to cancel your order for a refund, you must tell us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the item and you must return the goods to us. Please state your contact details, relevant item numbers and order numbers. You must also return the goods to us unused and with their original packaging to the above address within 7 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We also recommend that you use a proof of delivery service.
Certain goods are excluded from this statutory right to cancel; including computer software that has been opened.
We will refund the purchase price of the goods within 30 days of the date of your notice of cancellation. We will not refund any delivery charges. Please note that if you do not return the goods to us, we will deduct the cost of recovering the goods from you from your refund.

Max TV reserves the right to change without notice the specification of products advertised. Due to the lead time involved in TV programming an out of stock/discontinued item may be substituted for a product with an alternative specification. Max TV will ensure any substitution provides customers with a specification equal to or better than the specification advertised.
Products sold by Max TV may be subject to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights in favour of third parties. Max TV acknowledges those rights. Please note that your purchase of any product will be subject to availability of stock. The laws of England will govern your purchasing from Max TV.
