It's easy to order online. At the top of the max.tv homepage,
click on the product category you want this will take you to the
Product Listing page. You look at the product simply by clicking
on its name, and to order it, click on the Add To Basket button
at the bottom of the page.
Once you've added an item to your Shopping Basket, you will be
given the option to continue shopping, or to “Checkout”and
pay for your items. You can access the contents of your Shopping
Basket at any time by clicking the “View Shopping Basket”icon
at the top of every page of Max.tv
Follow the on-screen directions and enter the requested information.
If you're planning to buy more than one item, click on the Continue
Shopping button instead of the Checkout button. This will take
you back to the max.tv homepage.
When you have entered your information, click on the Checkout button.
Checkout and Pay for Your Items
Make sure you're happy with all of the items you've placed in
your Shopping Basket. If you want to change the quantity of any
of the items in your basket (for example if you want to buy 2 of
the same item), type a new number in the box located underneath
the item's image. When you click on “Change”the screen
will refresh and your Shopping Basket will be updated accordingly
with the new quantity.
If you want to remove an item from your Shopping Basket then click
on the “Remove”button underneath it.
The total price you have to pay is displayed at the bottom right
of this screen. Please note that your delivery charge is not shown
yet, therefore this total will not include delivery costs at this
moment in time. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed
on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping
Basket, click the "Go To Checkout" button. You will be taken to
the first page of the order form.
The instructions below explain each step of our online order form.
If this is the first time you have shopped with Max.tv then you
need to click on the “Register Me”button.
Note: If you have ordered from us before then
you only need to enter your email address and password, then click
on “Continue”. Your name and address will already be
stored on our system.
Customer Registration
You will be asked to fill in your name, address, telephone number,
and email address. Please note that this information must be entered
by the card holder who is paying for the items. The email address
you provide here will be the only email address to which we can
send information about subsequent orders.
For security reasons we do not deliver to PO boxes under any circumstances –if
you enter a PO box number as your address then your order will
not be processed.
Choose a password for your account so that when you come back
to Max.tv in the future, you can use the same shipping address
and method of payment you provided during this first order. You
will also be able to use your password to make changes to your
order and account information. Make sure you write your password
down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place
an order. Your password should be a single word that is difficult
for anyone else to guess.
Payment Details
This section deals with all your card or payment details, including
your card number and card expiry date. The security code, which
is printed on most cards, is the three or four digit number on
the back of your card. For further information see: security

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and JCB
. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a debit or
credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
When you are ready, click the “Make Payment”button
to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you
a confirmation email message.
We recommend that you print out the page that confirms your order
details, for your personal reference (see payment).

On Back Order
Some items that are currently out of stock may be available to order
on our Back Order service by phone, or online. Our telephone representatives
will advise you if this option is available.
Back Order means you can order it now by credit card and we will despatch it
to you if it comes back in stock in the next 45 days. Your credit card will not
be charged until the item has been despatched. If stock does not arrive within
the next 45 days, the order will be cancelled and we will inform you by email.
