Welcome to the new look, new feel Max.TV website. We’ve launched the new site so that we can offer you a whole host of new features to make your Max.TV shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Let’s take a quick look at what’s new:
My Account Section
When you place an order through the new website, you will be asked to create an account for yourself, with a username and password. Once you’ve done this, you can log into the Max.TV website at any time to view your previous orders, check the status of your order or re-order items. For parcels that have shipped by UPS you will be able to get the tracking number and click to track the delivery.
Faster Order Processing
Orders placed on the website or over the phone are now fully integrated meaning that immediately after placing a web order it will be visible to our customer service staff and dispatch department. This makes it easier for us to help you with any queries and faster for us to dispatch orders.
Customer Reviews
Sometimes, you don’t just want to hear from us about the strengths and weaknesses of a certain product. Instead it can be really useful to hear from other Max.TV customers about their experience of owning a product, whether they liked it and whether they would recommend it to others. For this reason we have added the ability to write a review of any product on the Max.TV website. Providing the reviews are suitable for our audience they will be shown on the product page without moderation or editing to ensure a you get a fair spread of reviews to make your choices from.

Suggested Products
Regular shoppers on the really large websites like Amazon will be familiar with the idea of ‘Customers who bought this, also bought….’ recommendations. We’ve added just this system to Max.TV so that, should you be short of inspiration, you can rely on your fellow shoppers to put you onto some great other products from Max.TV.
